High Voltage Products is a leading player in the development, manufacturing, and sales of high-voltage products for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy. We are now looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Surge Arresters and Capacitors in Ludvika, Sweden. 

We are currently offering an exciting position as a maintenance supervisor. Here, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of currently 13 mechanics and electricians, working closely with maintenance and workshop managers to maintain the best possible availability in our production. We are currently in an expansive phase with significant new investments in production.

Therefore, we are looking for someone with experience and interest in maintenance and technology. To thrive and develop in this role, we see that you should have several years of practical experience in the field and a strong interest in leading people and developing the business forward. The position is multifaceted, and you should therefore enjoy a work environment where you have to juggle many tasks and be involved in both big and small decisions. You will report to the maintenance manager and be part of the production team.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and allocate work and tasks in preventive and corrective maintenance to meet given key performance indicators.
  • Drive improvements in maintenance, work methods, and practices
  • Be responsible for the strategy in your own area and participate in overall strategic work
  • Personnel, budget, and results responsibility within your area of responsibility
  • Coordinate work carried out by external suppliers
  • Develop and motivate employees in your maintenance team
